Hi! I just recently started taking cayenne pepper pills again and wanted to know if it has actually been beneficial for anyone? Thanks! :)

    I have done it before. That is the only way that I can take in Cayenne pepper. I did not see any noticeable results but I did not continue it either. It is suppose to boost metabolism.
