Finding it difficult to cut sugar out of Tea and Coffee..arghh!

    How come? Black coffee is so delicious! And you can get herbal tea that is naturally sweet

    You can do it, don’t listen to your mind playing tricks on you to have the sugar , fool it instead ! There are so many healthy sometimes plant based alternatives . Have you heard of monk fruit? It looks like sugar and is as sweet! It’s sold in most organic stores like whole foods (we have a small store called Marlene’s here

    This has been my issue for 20 years. I used to drink coffee laden with half and half and Splenda. In January, I started Whole 30 and one of their mantras is “losing a parent or a child is hard. DRINKING YOUR COFFEE BLACK IS NOT HARD!” That put it in perspective for me. Also, nut pods were allowed on the program for adding to coffee and now I kind of like it. Try them. Most stores have them by the half and half.

    I drink coffee with stevia and fat-free non-diary powdered creamer and it's wonderful.
