I wonder if the white fat is being turned into small cell size brown fat which is more mitochondria dense is a factor in how we can loss inches without losing pounds at first when we go LCHF?
This is one of the most interesting LCHF videos I have ever watched but perhaps is because after being on MFP forums for 2.5 years the science presented in this video now makes sense.3 -
