Week Four Challenge: Increasing Weight/Reps

***Sorry this past is late. I tried to add one yesterday, but the message boards were down.***

It is important to always strive for improvement. This week I'm increasing weight by 5 lbs for each exercise, but if you are not ready or able to do the same another option is to increase reps.

Remember:
1. Keep eating those veggies!
2. Get 2-3 sessions of weight/strength training in
3. Get as much protein in as possible (especially now that were increasing weight)
