I completed a 30 day Green Smoothie Challenge. I drank 2 Green Smoothies a day and ate a big salad.

I wrote down the recipes and rated them. I am continuing to drink one smoothie a day and will post the recipes.

Pear Kale Protein Smoothie

1/2 c Filtered Water
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 C Kale
1 Scoop Vega Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Asian Pear
6 Ice Cubes
