How is everyone doing? Sticking to your goals? I went a little overboard this weekend, gained a pound back. This week's goal is to eat light dinner all weekdays.

Trying to stick to calorie count, Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend so turkey dinner coming up.
Going away in 10 days trying to lose another 1.5 lbs by then. So that will bring me to 4 lbs. since the start of the challenge
