no snacking at the bar tonight

Bring lunch (and eat the lunch I brought).
Be sensible in choices for my dinner out tonight.
Focus on strength routine for workout today.
Try something new.

I have decided to add another goal and lose another 5 pounds before Halloween. Halloween night I'll probably be bad food-wise.
1. Drink only water
2. Stay in calorie range
3. Kick butt in Salsa tonight0
