Almond Biscuits

Ingredients
50g (2oz)  soft vegetable margarine
25g (1oz) caster sugar
75g (3oz) plain flour
25g (1oz) ground almonds

Method
1) Blend margarine with sugar.
2) Stir in the flour and almonds to form a dough.
3) Roll out the dough and cut out shapes with a cutter.
4) Bake for about 8 minutes at 200°C/ 400°F/ Gas 6 until pale brown.
5) Cool on a cooling rack.
