I'm just plugging a great site that I've joined fitbitleague.com. The monthly challenges and various ongoing tournaments keep me stepping and competing. You can pay to be a supporter (I finally bit the bullet, because I get a lot of motivation from it), but otherwise the site is free.

    And I forgot to mention that it syncs automatically with the Fitbit site.
