Any MFPeeps from the Seaside or Cannon Beach Area? I'm going to be in the area and would love to hear from a local the good places to jog and lift and shop for running shoes.

    well I saw this way to late. I grew up there and visit often. the prom rocks and if you want a challenge there is always a hike over tillamook head.
