So, another personal goal week? I have to think about my weekly goal, trying to get over a terrible head cold and don't know how much working out I can get in without overdoing it.

My goal will be to not go over my calories the rest of this week (Mon-Sat).0

My goal is 7 hours of exercise, 8 if my team lost, but the Vols won, so 6 hours it is.0

My goal is to get exercise in every day this week. My parents are coming to visit this weekend and they've planned just about every minute of Friday and Saturday so it will be more difficult than usual.0
