Woohoo! I finally figured out how to use the discussion!

Anyways, thought I'd share a bit about myself.
My name is LiveMore101 (a.k.a Evelyn). I'm 20 years old and am recovering from an "almost" categorized anorexia. I have had support from my family to push back towards being healthy, though they will never truly understand what I'm going through, but in the end, it's up to me to get better. I can choose yes or no. I have chosen yes!
Since then, I have gained roughly 4 pounds and feel so much better! :)

Throughout this entire journey so far, I have learned how important taking care of your body is and how to find enjoyable foods that are still good for you. It's still hard for me to accept a cheat meal or treat, but I have found a way to enjoy a bit of sweetness in foods that I now eat almost every day!

For example, I am a HUGE pastry person and I LOVE muffins. I could also be known as, "Do you know the MuffinWOman?" ;)

Like muffins as well, here you go! :)

Protein ANY Flavor Muffin:
1 scoop (30 grams) of unflavored, vanilla, or any flavored protein powder (depends on what flavor you are going to do)
1/4 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 egg (or a 1/3 cup of All Egg Whites)
1 tablespoon milk
2 decent spoonfuls of yogurt (I use Yoplait or Dannon Light and Fit and my favorite flavors are Lemon, Apple Pie, or Strawberry Cheesecake)
Add in a little crunch with some corn flakes, nuts, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch... You can decide! :)

Mix all ingredients together (liquid stuff recommended first). Use a fork to help cut through the chunks of protein powder.
Pour (mix) in mug and then microwave starting for a minute. Continuing until no longer soft and completely doughy (for me, it usually ends up around 1:45).
Scoop out onto plate, cut open, and lather with butter! DELICIOUS!
