Online Motivation & Inspiration
Social media is a great place to find & share ideas, motivation & inspiration for your personal journey and weightloss journey.
If you feel comfortable sharing a social media to connect with your team members, then go ahead & then get connected with the others that share.

Are there any blogs you follow, facebook pages, instagram pages, etc. that you have found helpful, then please share them here.

You could post/tweet and brag about your team's weightloss as of 9/11-10/8.

Calorie Killers - 64.5 pounds
Sole Trainers - 61 pounds
Western Allstars - 15.5 pounds (we were missing a ton of weigh-ins this week, so can't say for sure)
