Been staying under calorie target and very happy with numbers.
Been walking twice daily to gain extra “saved” calories. No problems with foods, but dang it’s hard for me to get all the water I should be drinking because of meds and dieting.
Will try to “force” myself to improve over the coming week. Also need to get some strength exercises into the mix.

Was away for the Thanksgiving weekend so will weigh in tomorrow. Had a fantastic time with lots of hiking.0
