This has been going around some various diabetic groups on Facebook, so I figured I would share here as well:
Keith Raymond Krantz - #Missing from Bonney Lake WA - 8 Oct 2014 - Age 16
Circumstances: Keith was last seen in Bonney Lake, #Washington on Wednesday, October 8, 2014. He was last seen driving a white 2014 Toyota Corolla with Washington pl...ates ARJO671.
Keith is Type 1 Diabetic and is insulin dependent. He wears a blue insulin pump in the front pocket of his jeans. He is approximately 5'11" and 210 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

From comments I've seen, he took a month of insulin and pump supplies with him but obviously since he is only 16, his family is quite concerned.

Looks like his mom deleted all her posts on Facebook about this, so I'm guessing that means there is no longer a concern. I'm assuming anyway, based on her deleting everything.0
