New to Beachbody

Hi, my name is Olivia. I am new to beachbody and I recently just became a beach body coach. Yesterday, I just started shakeology and T25. I am also thinking about adding running and weight lifting to increase my results. Can anyone share there stories or experiences with either Shakeology, T25, or both. Also if you have any tips or motivation tactics that help. I really want to take this step into a healthier me.

    Hello Olivia:) I completed T25 and I'm still drinking my chocolate shakeology. I got great results with T25. I'm a mother to 3 kids and having time to workout was very hard for me. So when I decided to join beachbody my coach recommended T25 to me because I love cardio and Its only 25min a day. I never really worked out much in my life and maybe that is why I gained so much weight lol. Since day 1 I was hooked on T25. I never got bored with it because there was a different workout everyday. I had days I didn't want to workout but I had support groups to get me through those days. I started T25 July 21st 2014 and finished Oct 3rd 2014. I lost 33lbs and 12.5 inches off my body. It was Amazing that I lost that much. I have pictures on my profile if you like to look.

    Hi, is there anyone working on Turbo Fire? I started working on it on Monday, 13th of October and l just love it so far.
