I had a big horrible exam in Sept that knocked me right off track, and have basically been ill ever since, so my progress has not been that progressive! Still I'm back, hopefully for good now, and hope to see an improvement in this week's weigh in. I've filled in my bits on the spreadsheet with the same weight as I started with, which is actually true - I'm amazed I managed to maintain! Brilliant to see people progressing down on the spreadsheet, well done!

Well, I didn't have an exam in Sept yet I'm kind of treading water, so I commiserate. The nice thing about the weight loss journey is we get lots of do-overs; every day in fact! Still lots of time to lose before Christmas.0

Hear, hear!! I've been MIA for the past few weeks myself. I could list my excuses but I'll spare you all... Today is a new day, a new "do-over" as sodakat says I'll take it! I've managed to maintain my weight throughout my absence from MFP, so hopefully that reflects some real life changes that I've made. Here's to new beginnings (again!)! [insert raised water bottle here!]0

Another MIA here. I seem to be stuck. I haven't gained which is great, but I haven't lost anything for awhile. Time to do something different....just not sure what?0
