115 -- Sit Ups
180 -- Crunches
62 -- Leg Raises
110s -- Plank

    DONE in two sets! No plank though. Still have a muscle that is not healed. The crunches were standing oblique crunches going side to side with a 4 pound medicine ball. I did 124 leg flutters instead of leg raises.
