OMG, I am so sore today. I used to do weight training years ago and liked it but I never lifted heavy. I used machines, dumb bells and a little bit of barbell training. I know weight training works for me. I just got lazy and distracted by misinformation. I am really into it this time. I love that the workout doesn't take long because I have no free time! The soreness just reminds me that I actually did something effective. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout. I'm sure that I'll be the only person using the squat rack at my lame gym just like yesterday, lol.

Good for you! The soreness will get better...at least it did for me. I'm almost disappointed if I don't feel at least a twinge after a good workout.0

I did workout 2 today. Squats were rough, lol. I might have to take an extra day of rest before I go again.0
