Hi peeps, I've been using my fitbit flex for around 6 weeks and it has helped me lose 7+ kilo's
, the majority of this time I was on holiday and 12hr dayshifts, the problem I am having now is managing the 12hr nightshifts and the changeover's from day to nightshifts, waking up when the day is 2 thirds of the way gone, managing calorie intake and fitbit steps is a nightmare, anyone got a proven method to make this work? I sometimes have 2 or 3 dayshifts and 2 or 3 nightshifts in the same week.
thanks
Mike

Focus more on your weekly, not daily, total/goals. Same is true for me in calories consumed. One day does not matter much to me but if I see a trend that impacts an entire week I know I need to make some adjustments.0
