I am sad. Don't know how it happened but it is all lost

    My daughter lost hers and Customer Service replaced it. It might be worth a try. They just asked her to send her receipt.

    Fitbit replaced the first one I lost free of charge as well.

    already bought a new one. Just connected and activated. I see calorie data on the dashboard for days past including today even though I stopped logging on pal when I lost my unit. Should I disconnect fitness pal from the fitbit?

    Why disconnect? You burn calories even when sleeping - which is what Fitbit was assuming with no movement - sleeping level calorie burn.
    - So of course massively underestimated for today.

    Wow wish I'd thought of contacting them about losing mine. I've lost 2 Ones and am now on a Flex...

    I have contacted and they asked for the receipt so maybe they will replace :-) I didn't realise how addicted I was to it
