Exercise tips:
My Fitness Pal gives you back calories when you have worked out. It is okay to eat some of them, but it is also important to eat foods that are going to provide nutrients and fuel to your body, such as good protein and carbohydrates. If you are low on your calorie intake for the day, studies say after exercising is the time when you can eat those sweets you are craving, but make sure you do not exceed your goal calories if you choose to do that.
I suggest:
If smoothies are not for you, eat a snack with carbohydrates and protein;
Best of luck to you on your journey! I wish you all the best!

If you are low on your calorie intake for the day, studies say after exercising is the time when you can eat those sweets you are craving, but make sure you do not exceed your goal calories if you choose to do that.
I suggest:
- Eat a protein smoothie, such as Orgain Protein powder (150 cal) mixed with ice, water, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk (30 cal). It will cool you down, fill you up, rehydrate, and refuel your body! Some studies say that eating protein before a workout will help burn more calories.
If smoothies are not for you, eat a snack with carbohydrates and protein;
- banana + handful of almonds
- apple with peanut butter
- peanut butter toast
- yogurt and fruit
- glass of milk + piece of toast
- string cheese + wheat crackers
Best of luck to you on your journey! I wish you all the best!
