Hope I didn't miss a thread for the 17th's goals somewhere.

My biggest goal yesterday was going to bed earlier and getting more sleep, and that has paid off, as I feel enormously better today. Today's goals are:

(1) Morning workout and run -- DONE
(2) Healthy breakfast, as we have a work lunch and I'm going out to dinner -- DONE
(3) Practice moderation with lunch and dinner, although pretty sure I'm going to end up over somewhat today
(4) Go to bed at a reasonable hour
(5) (possibly in conflict with (4)) -- read for my book club
