I thought it would be a good idea to make a thread on pictures of what we eat to stay motivated & also get ideas from each other. All food welcome!
I find it quite motivating keeping pictures of what I eat to see how I progress in terms of nutrition
I have been doing this for almost two years now and I have seen a massive difference in my eating.
So this is me today:
Breakfast - coffee, full fat greek yoghurt with raspberries and drizzled honey. (I eat everything full fat)
Dinner - Thai Green Yoghurt Turkey Curry with beans and courgettes

I roasted some yams and made a soup with a dollop of greek yogurt mixed with cinnamon.

Here's my snack from earlier. Looks pretty plain but I love samphire to the point I would have a whole plate of it with olive oil and lemon.

Yum, looks good! I have never had it before. For dinner tonight I just had spinach and arugula salad with steak and pomegranate seeds. Really enjoyed it!

Banana and peanut butter on rye bread with dark chocolate chunks and gingerbread flavoured americano.0 -

Zucchini ribbons with a meyer lemon and roasted garlic sauce. Sauteed mushrooms and roasted grape tomatoes with half a chicken breast on top

how did you cook the chicken it looks so good! I had zucchini as well last night with my salmon0

I just seared it and cooked it in a pan with a little olive oil.0

Frittata for dinner with spinach, grape tomatoes and a sprinkle of bacon

Mixed leaves salad with bacon rashers medallions, diced turkey, olives, mini sweet peppers, onion and balsamic vinegar dressing.0 -

Dinner tonight was half a chicken breast topped with a little tomato sauce and cheese. I have it sitting on top of faux pasta made of zucchini and squash. I don't know if I will ever go back to pasta!

I use the pampered chef jullian peeler. It works the best. I think I need pancakes now..lol
