Todays goals:
- buy healthy groceries
- have a light breakfast and lunch
- enjoy the all you can eat sushi for dinner
- try to go for a walk
- prepare stuff for university start on monday

I have eaten so bad this week while I was off. So much high sodium stuff and not nearly enough water. Part of me cant wait till monday and to be able to fall back into my normal routine although this vacation was nice and well deserved.
Todays goals:
1. drink at least 10 glasses of water
2. avoid junk food
3. finish cleaning the kitchen from top to bottom since ive already done 75% of it0 -
I have overraten by a large margin today, yesterday and probably tomorrow. I've also been pretty unhealthy about it, but I'm just going to continue with where I was last week. So same goals:
1. Eat Healthy
2. Exercise (this one is the most important, I'll really need to work off what I've gained this weekend.)0
