4 tbsp red pepper hummus
1/4 cup part skim ricotta
1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 small diced tomato
1 diced celery rib

230 calories 14 G protein for the whole batch. I usually eat half with some 90 calorie quinoa crisps

    oh! Sounds good. I might leave the celery out and try it. I like celery but celery don't like me :smile:

    I am the same with bananas! I adore them but there isn't enough Nexium on the planet to help me digest it

    I just had carrot hummus and quinoa salad for lunch and it tasted great going down but tried to come right back and wasn't nearly so good then. :# I only had 6 oz. total but it felt like I'd had much more. Huh.

    I eat hummus on wheat thin flat bread cracker---a lot for snack. It stays down for me and gives me a nice full feeling
