I don't like drinking water. But in my journey, it does seam to be the key. My goal is 10 8 oz glases. When I don't drink water, and I go for days with no plain water. I eat more, don't sleep well, have more aches and pains. Just all around yucky feeling. I KNOW this. So why is it so hard to do the water?

Try putting some lemons or limes or mint or cucumber or something you like in it. it infuses the water with flavor, so it doesn't seem so waterish. One of my favorites is sliced apples and a cinnamon stick. about 1-2 apples and an inch or two of cinnamon in a couple quarts of water overnight and yum! then, you can eat the apple slices that now taste a touch cinnaminy.

Oh, yeah, get a good water filter so the chlorine and flouride disappear. We have a reverse osmosis filter, and the water tastes almost sweet when it is fresh.

I really like it. I have done mint and lemon before. But this is extra special. Thanks for the tip!
