    Ugh, I've been stuck at 171.2 for the past 4 weigh ins. It's driving me nuts lol.

    This month has been a disaster weight wise to the point that this is the third week I've avoided updating this immediately post weigh in (Weigh in days are Wednesday). I'm really hoping that it's it a combination of water weight from the time of the month and from how much I've been increasing my exercise. Week 7 shall tell.
