Why check-in? It's a fact that people who have accountability for a task are more likely to complete the task. Checking in is a way to encourage others by sharing a common goal. It makes you accountable. This system only works if you commit to logging in and checking in. It will encourage others to see everyone else's progress and know that we are all part of a team and have the same goal - FINISH T25!!

Here's the steps -

Step 1 - DO YOUR WORKOUT FOR THE DAY!
Step 2 - Check in by clicking link below and marking an "X" next to your name on the corresponding day. (This is a public sheet - please don't delete anything! It's the honor system folks...)
Step 3 - On STATurday, enter your measurements in with just the number, don't put lb, in, or ". We'll collectively measure how many inches and pounds we've lost together as a group!
Step 4 - Encourage each other if you don't see a check-in from one of the other group members!! Keep each other ACCOUNTABLE. Help others and help yourself.

The link to check-in (please don't delete anything and be honest with yourself and the others as to if you REALLY did your workout for the day) -

You don't have to log in daily, but I promise it will help your routine if you do. It only takes 1 minute to check your name off. Make it part of your workout routine.
