It's still been a crazy month but I'm doing great

Garbage- Im just going to try to make sure im eating in general. I turn away from food when im stressed

    I also had a victory this morning. i have been taking the stairs on my job. This morning i did not have to stop to rest. i still was a little winded but was able to talk.
  • Still playing handball atleast twice a week. My usual studio I go to is moving locations & is not gonna start up for another two weeks so I gotta find another spot for the time being. French Fries are killing me. I really love them & Checkers is right next to my job & they make the best milkshakes. Grrr i hate this constant tease. Everyday I walk past it.
