Oatmeal shake varieties?

I made my 1st oatmeal shake this morning with chocolate protein powder, almond milk and the oats, I added truvia and some cinnamon for more flavor. I think tomorrow I may try vanilla protein powder with some pumpkin spice, that sounds so good I want to make another one now! I hope this diet works, i really enjoy eating a carb for breakfast every day!

I did 1/2 cup cooked rolled oats with 4 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 packets truvia (i like things sweet!) and then my 1 scoop of vanilla whey with about 2 tsp of pumpkin spice. OMG soooo good. I also did it with cinnamon one day... very good.. then i put my blueberries in it and did that instead.. love the oatmeal shakes, totally feels like cheating on my normal low carb diet LOL.
I lost 3 lbs since 2 weeks, so i must be doing something right. I figure with all the exercise i do, things just have to even out when you eat super healthy all the time. Its the fried food that gets me, one day puts me back about 5 days.0 -
