Week Six Challenge: Winter Snacking

It's starting to get chilly here in Wisconsin, and I've become lazy... and started to eat more. Watch out! It is instinctive to eat more when it begins to get cold in order to keep warm. So fight off the urge to snack by keeping busy and active. Also, keep healthy snacks readily available.

Instead of having a poptart right now, I'm going to make eggs and breakfast sausage. I will take a banana and an apple to work today, along with a quest bar and greek yogurt.
