Got my surgery date!

I was surprised and shocked to get a call this morning scheduling my sleeve surgery. It will be February 18th if all goes as planned. I have three more months on the insurance diet left to do.

Wow. I am a little rocked here at the news. Next Friday is my Endoscopy.

    CONGRATS! Let us know how it goes. Get rest, exercise, and follow all the guidelines of the program and you will be successful.

    Yay! Everything got "real" for me once I got that date. My introspection and doubts amped up and I had a bad couple of weeks. On the positive side, the realness cause me to redouble my efforts on the pre-surgery plan.
