Aria Body Fat % Accuracy?

Good Morning!

A little backgroud, I've had my Aria since December. In those few months I've dropped from 150 to 129lbs. Been doing a good mix of cardio and strength. According to my Aria, I've bounced between 28 and 29% body fat the entire time. I just do not see how this is possible. This morning I came in at 129lb and 28.5% body fat. I am 5'6 and love the way I look now, I can actually see abs! I cannot image that 28% BF is accurate.

Anyone have the same issue? Any way to fix it or should I just suck it up and accept the fact that I really am 28% body fat?

While it's accuracy combined with you presenting an equally hydrated body will call in to question any one stat, consistent even if not accurate should still indicate a direction.
And that's a long time to not have that.

21 lb weight loss in 9 months is certainly not fast (unless you've had so aggressive a diet it should have been more by the numbers but that's all you got anyway), so I don't think great amounts of muscle mass loss would be it.

Because even an extreme deficit can overpower the positive benefits of strength training.

So don't even worry about the accuracy, it's not, 5% best estimate, probably closer to 10%.

Are you only doing weigh-ins on valid day?
Morning after rest day eating normal sodium levels, not sore from last workout?

Anything else will be known and expected water weight changes, which with inaccuracy of BIA method, could have it thrown off this entire time.
