I am new to the group. I had gastric sleeve surgery on 9/9/14 The first 25 lbs came of easy--but now I am taking it of very very slow. I wonder if carbs might be holding me back. The dr said I need to keep my protein at 70 and calories at 800 then up that to 1000 in a few weeks. I am so happy to see a group of people that have had or are going to have this surgery. It sure does help to support each other!
