Doing stronglifts... hoping to up my gains... (also hoping to lose like 5 lbs of fat). I am also training to do 5K.

I am completely new to the food aspect of lifting.

I am 125 lbs, 5' 2''
BMI: approx 22.9

I am sorry if this is a dumb question :( Really appreciate the help :) Let me know if you need more details.

From the research i did i came up with this... what do you think:
1828 calories a day
carbs: 219.5 grams ... 45%
protein: 125 grams... 30%
healthy fats: 50 grams.. 25%

Does this look right to you?!? I dont want to over eat and end up gaining a bunch of weight =P

Thanks girls!

What is your activity level? Are you calculating your TDEE, or a TDEE -20% (are you trying to lose weight?)

Can't really help you without an activity level. You do SL and training for a 5k but how much are you training a week? Also are you active at home and work. I'll give you my stats so you understand. I'm 36 yr old, 5'6", mostly stay at home mom(so I'm active at home) and lift 3 times a week for about 75 mins a time. My TDEE ends up at 2800 a day. I know this since I've been eating that for a month and no weight change. Go to the scoobyworkshop and put your numbers in there and see what it tells you. Put mine in if you'd like so you can understand how the calculator works.
