Help with easy protective styles

Hello Ladies. I am natural and really don't know much about doing anything to my hair. I was hoping some of you could give me some really easy styles to use while working out. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi, if you moisturise your hair before you work out and then put it in large twists, it should be easy to deal with when you are done working out.
    Failing that I would go for braids or senegalese twists.
