Happy 3-day weekend! I hope that you are enjoying your days off and still finding time to workout! That is always a challenge for me! This morning I completed L1D4 of 30 day shred. I find that I am way more motivated in the afternoons/evenings than in the mornings! It is starting to get a little easier now that I am almost on day 5, but this morning I was dragging - I need to be awake to do well! I have found that in the afternoons, after I complete one of Jillian's workouts, I usually feel like I have a little cardio left in me. I have a few random workout DVDs with 10-15 minute workout assortments (kickboxing, power yoga, power cardio, etc), and am going to try and add on a 10-15 minute additional cardio after Jillian (on the days I feel up to it). It breaks up the monotony and adds more cardio! Keep it up everyone!

    I am so glad you fought the 3 day weekend and won.... i lost that battle haha so will being doing L1D4 tonight after 3 days off.
