Help needed PLEASE!

I went into my goals and changed my calories to 800 and my protein to 35% (70) for each day. Does anyone know what i need to set the other numbers at? (sodium, fat, etc)

    I changed my goals also and just kept changing the % until I was at 70 to 75 grams of protein and 30 grams of carbs. Fat is the remainder. The other numbers should calculate off the number of calories.
