Surgery date set!

Having my surgery November 10, 2014. Starting 2 week pre-op diet. Nervous and excited all at once. Any advice for the big day and after?

    Hi all! My surgery date is 11/18. I am acquiring all of the required vitamins and protein sources recommended, have found many tips on Instagram from VSGers. Any suggestions for photos and non scale victories?

    My surgery date is Nov. 12th. I bought the vitamins and a variety of protein shakes, juice etc.. everything I may need for phase 1 and 2..best of luck to you!
