I have been doing the Leslie Sansone 1 & 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds for the past year (you can check the first link to see which one) but I want to "move up" to a 3 mile walk.

I would suggest LS WATP Ultimate Collection...it's a compilation DVD with a one mile, two mile, three mile and four mile on it. The 3
Mile Advanced Walk and 4 Mile Super Challenge are especially good. Add me if you want and message me if you want more help.

I love Leslie DVDs ......primer of sorts
Walk Away the Pounds (WATP) - older, originally VHS. These are NOT chaptered like (most) of her newer series. For most WATP DVDs the music is fairly quiet. Some people prefer quiet. Re: no chaptering - a 3 Mile DVD - if you want to "skip" to the last mile - you have to use the fast forward button. The good thing about these DVDs .... the walking speed is more "fluid" than "skipping" miles.
Walk at Home and Just Walk DVDs are newer and CHAPTERED. I tend to like these series better than Walk Away the Pounds. The music is louder and chapters give you versatility with 1 DVD. Your remote control has a "Skip" button >>] ... to move between chapters.
For DVDs in either of these series ..... you can buy a 5 Mile DVD and use the "skip" button on your remote. 5 Mile DVDs provide a lot of variety....even if you just want 3 miles. The problem is the walking speed from 1 mile to the next is not an "exact" match (I grab light handweights and use more arms if the speed is a little slower).
Favorite 3 Mile (Leslie solo) - 3 Mile Slim & Sleek Walk. I like this because there is a good variety of moves and has a music only option and is chaptered. Amazon has a video clip.

3 Mile favorite (Leslie group) - 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk. This was my first Leslie DVD and I still use it. The studio is bright, it uses light weights, and Mary Kay leads mile 2. This is chaptered ... so if you want to use this DVD as a 2 miler it's easy. Walk mile 1 and then "skip" to mile 3. Or walk the warm-up & "skip" to mile 2.

Another favorite "3 Mile" (Leslie group) - This is really a 5 mile DVD but this is one that you "program" the workout before you start. You pick the miles you want to do and then start. I really like the new studio and new music too.
