Thought I'd start a thread for those who currently eat clean. I did some meal prepping last night and posted it on my blog, including my brown rice recipe. http://www.mamasjourneytoslimncurvy.co.uk/2014/10/my-4-day-meal-prep.html
Post your recipes on this thread too.

I've done this one once, will do it again (or some variant) http://againstallgrain.com/2011/03/15/paleo-chicken-tikka-masala/
I generally just wing it these days. Lunch is usually something from the crockpot. I can make enough in one batch for ten servings that get frozen and put in the freezer. That's lunch for two weeks. Generally chili, beef stew, etc with lots of vegetables added in.0 -
I'll definitely be doing something with my crockpot next week. Yum, I could just make that sauce and pre-cook some chicken/ turkey fillets to go with it. Thanks for the share.0

^It's a lot of work but it's really good. I made a huge batch last time (I have a gigantic pot I could simmer it in so I had lunches for about 2 weeks.0

I love dishes like this because you can substitute in any kind of meat (except fish) and clean out your freezer and it will still taste great.
