Shoulder pain with squats?

When I get to the bottom of my squat I feel a sharp pain in my shoulder. It's almost like there's something rubbing against something that it shouldn't be.
Of course I said it must be because of the bar position (I usually do low bar) so I tried different placements but it still hurts. It feels fine with just the bar but as soon as I add any weight I start to feel it.
And it's only with squats. I tried overhead presses, deadlifts and bench presses and it was fine.
The pain below my trap, right at the top of my shoulder blade.
Can someone help me?

Lay on a tennis ball in that area and see if it lets go. That is usually a spot for a lot of knots.0

Thanks, massage97. Hopefully it's just a knot.0
