Monday, Oct 27th Goals

Good morning, friends! I feel as if I have just emerged from a long tunnel. We wrapped up our production yesterday afternoon - the costuming/ acting gig I had which made it tough to get in my nightly workout. Couldn't count sewing on buttons and such as cardio - haha.

So, while today I begin the run around of delivering rented and borrowed items, I will also:
*log my food accurately
*drink at least 80 ounces of water
*eat within my calorie goals
*ride the exercise bike for at least 40 minutes
*cut out my granddaughter's Piglet hat

    Happy week of Halloween! I got a good amount of needed rest and relaxation in over the weekend but still managed to oversleep a bit this morning (only 'til 5:30, but still), so my "make and bring lunch to work" plan will have to wait another day. I can tell that getting more rest is paying off by how I feel.

    This week's goal is to get more consistent with my logging--I feel like I've been doing a lot of guessing over the past couple of weeks. Also to make my remaining 23 running miles by the end of the month to meet my monthly goal. But today's goals are:

    (1) Weights and maybe some additional cardio (try a new class?) at the gym.
    (2) Log well and stay within my calories (I'm thinking about bumping them up overall, but want to see how they are when I sleep a reasonable amount too).
    (3) Prepare lunch for tomorrow tonight.
    (4) Go to bed at a reasonable hour.
