I was so waiting for Gorman to die. And I was satisfied with his death. Ugh. What a gross excuse for a human being.

I don't get why Dawn slapped Beth after that man was declared too injured to be saved. That had nothing to do with Beth.

I think Carol is faking injuries to get inside the "hospital".

What the heck is this hospital? It's like that song about Hotel California. You can check in but you can't ever leave.

Beth was stupid to use the gun. A) attracts Walkers 2) you run out of bullets when you could use it later 3) attracts the "cops" that guard the place. They should have had a sharp tool of some kind. Maybe if they had smeared more gore on themselves, they could have disguised themselves as Walkers.

I totally revelled in Gorman's death. I was relieved to see the lecherous rat *kitten* be eliminated relatively shortly after the creepster was introduced because I knew that part of the Beth story arc would drive me crazy.

Carol is totally playing possum in order to gain access to the hospital. Daryl's just come back to the group (possibly with Morgan in tow) to get help extricating Beth and Carol from their current predicament!

I agree with carol faking it. Can't wait for the next 2 episodes so we can see it all play out.

Interesting take on Carol - would not have guessed she was faking to gain access to the hospital. I liked the doctor's character until he tricked Beth into killing the other doctor. What a scum. I was a bit worried that Beth had been taken to be a "baby producer" for some psychos - looks like they are a different kind of psycho group.
I agree that it must be Morgan with Daryll coming back from the woods.

So these hospital psychos knock people down with the cars and then take the weaker looking ones back to be work at the hospital?

The doctor lost all respect from me once I realized he tricked Beth. He had the potential to turn the place around since they can't run it without his help, but he was such a wimp. I can't wait for Rick and the gang to storm the place. It would be a great place for them to stay, but maybe they still plan to go to D.C.

I have to say that I'm impressed that an episode just with Beth was as good as it was. She isn't necessarily the strongest character so I wasn't sure how this was going to play out.

This hospital is a creepy place!! I have to say too that I'm glad that we finally get to see a group being lead by a woman. That's a nice change of pace. I think she's falling into the same trap as every other leader we've come across in the show, including Rick, of trying to do the right thing even though it might not be the right thing.

Gorman...what a creep!! He definitely deserved to go the way that he did. I'm thinking that maybe he was the one that set up that funeral home so he could trap people knowing they would be his property when they got to the hospital. Plus I don't buy that whole story about Beth being hurt and surrounded by walkers when they found her. They obviously hit her over the head and snatched her!

I really like Noah's character. I hope that's who is with Daryl in the woods. But we don't even get to know that until at least two weeks because next week's episode is all about Abraham and his group. Grrrrr!!!

That would be great if it were Morgan AND Noah in the bushes; however TWD has already increased their Black Character Maximum to three, and since only Bob died, we can only have one new black member in the group. (I don't think the Preacherman counts, I'm assuming based on his cowardly manner that he's just walker bait.) Unless Morgan's still nuts and he takes off, leaving Noah to be the new Bob? It makes sense that it's Morgan because we saw him following the Termite scratches, but it also makes sense that it's Noah because if Daryl and Carol were following the 'ambulance' to the hospital they could easily have met up with Noah who explained the situation to them and led to Carol's (obvious) Trojan horse action.

I've been really impressed with Beth's character growth since leaving the prison. If she had died in the attack there I might not even have noticed, but just a couple of episodes alone with Daryl and I was all BEEEEETTTTHHHHH. And she did carry this episode very well, although I was looking forward to seeing that doctor get a scissors to his neck. IMO, despite the power struggle between him and Dawn he is just as culpable for what happens there as she is. I think Dawn is one those people who will destroy anything that gets in the way of their delusions. Curious what really happened with her former boss!

I agree that the hospital doesn't just find victims, it makes them as well.

btw: "Joan" always makes me think of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Did anyone catch what Joan had scrawled in the floor? I though it may have said "F*&k you" but I wasn't sure.

I also didn't think an episode focusing on only Beth would be that good, but I was happily surprised!

I think Carol is definitely going in to rescue Beth. The black car with the cross on the window was in the parking lot when Beth and Noah tried to escape, and the last time we saw Daryl and Carol they were chasing the car. I do find it strange that Daryl and Carol would split up to rescue Beth though, and Daryl is the one that has spent the most time with her.

I like the theory of Noah and Morgan being related, except to my knowledge, Morgan never lived in a "safe place with walls" like Noah described living in with his uncle. And the timelines are confusing me lol, but I haven't watched TTD yet, so maybe that will clear it up.

I don't think Noah and Morgan are related either. That would be too much of a stretch.

I'm intrigued by Morgan's latest outerwear. Does that black mask/covering over the face give some protection against Walkers? He sure seems to understand how to protect oneself against Walkers better than most.

I'm wondering what brought Morgan out of hiding in that little town he was in. Did you finally get over the crazies and leave or was he run out? He seemed to have a good set up there....well other than being crazy. LOL

Didn't Noah say he was going up to Virginia? Maybe he'll somehow end up with Rick's group, tell them about Beth (assuming Daryl doesn't know what Noah knows), and follow Abraham's group up to DC to reunite Beth and Maggie?

I agree that Noah's character was pretty cool, and my guess is that Carol is faking it. I bet she and Daryl will see the car pick up someone, and she'll go pretend that she needs help so they can pick her up, too.

This is my theory: Daryl and Carol follow the car with the cross. They run into Noah who is being chased by the hospital guards. They try to help Noah but Carol gets taken. Noah explains the situation to Daryl and they both return to Rick and company to explain what happened and try and go get Beth and Carol back.

I think that Carol is too smart to plant herself into the hospital. I mean look at how she took down Terminus with a firecracker and an AR 15. They would easily over run the hospital and the rest of the crew to get Beth out.

That's a good theory, Ana. It makes a lot of sense.

Noah is a good character and we need more younger people on the show. I hope he'll be a regular character.

    That's an awesome theory!

And I agree, I like Noah's character and I hope he sticks around. Or if not now, maybe bring him back later like they did with Morgan.

I'm so pissed already that we won't find out about Carol on Sunday.
