Who else did Murph today?! and what was your time?

I finished off for a time of 45:02.
Lets just say I almost threw up a little at the end.

My first Murph today! Completed in 59:08 - not too bad considering I've only been crossfitting for 3 months!

My second murph, but first time as rx'd in 46:46 (no weight vest). We did the workout today with over 150 people in our gym completing it, such a cool experience to have that many people doing a workout together.

63 minutes, pulled hamstring running first mile and the squats didn't help any. But I finished it. Man yall kicked my butt. RX'd it and the pull ups and push ups I flew through but the squats killed me. Last mile I could feel my shoulders tightening up and was shaking them out while I ran. Cars driving by I think they were laughing at me shaking out the shoulders, lol.

    Ouch!

I did it in 47:19, not rx or weighted. My goal next year is RX!

I did an at-home Muph yesterday, due to plans conflicting with when the Box was doing Murph... so I substituted 200 sit-ups for the 100 pull-ups. My time was 66 minutes.

My box did Murph yesterday, but I wasn't able to do it. We just got back from section hiking part of the Appalachian Trail, so I was taking a much needed rest day after hiking 10+ miles a day for three days! I think we're going to do Murph again this Saturday, so hopefully I'll be able to try it then!

62 for Murph. No vest but also no bands for pullups. Was definitely feeling the squats by the end.

no vest, jumping pullups, knee pushups. I'm 3 months out from shoulder sx, so I did the best I could to get it done.

My 1st murph yesterday...55:34, jumping pull-ups, knee push ups, but killed the squats! It was only my 2nd WOD ever, loved it!

62:11 I did need to do assisted pull ups though. Pretty happy as I am 3 months in and kept a good constant pace. Final mile I was gassed tho!

So when I first did Murph, 3 years ago I got 51: something and did scale pullups and pushups, but didn't partition. This time, I finished in 66:something, scaled pullups and partitioned it into 20 Cindy's. I was so bummed. I think I would've been faster not partitioning out the exercises. Oh well.
