Hi All,

I just found this group so I thought I would introduce myself.

I am Jade. I was sleeved on 9th of October 2014. I am a newbie.

I am still adjusting to all the changes, both physically and mentally, but I love my sleeve already.

    Welcome aboard! I was sleeved 9/30. Read all of the topics in the WLS forums, find and add some friends at all stages of the process and you will really get to see good examples of foods people are eating. That has helped me in the pre- and post surgery phases.
