Well, travel made the month run so much faster, here is the final check in thread. Well do a check this evening, to see how everyone is doing!

I was wondering if someone could tell me how this works. I have a couple of questions:
- whom should I be comunicating my June goal to and where do I post my daily/weekly updates: in a thread here or via an excel sheet on google documents?
- do you record your recovery walks as well or only the jogs/runs?

You can just enter your weekly mileage within this thread; a new one will be started for June! Then Cooriander creates the spreadsheet. What service!
Personally I only record walks if they are part of the same workout. So if I ran 800 meters hard, then took a 2-minute break where I was walking, I'd count that. But if I just go for a walk completely separate from a run, I wouldn't count that. But I think if recovery walks are part of your workout program, then you should count them!0 -

been since 5/11 when I posted. I had to rest up my leg the week leading up to my goal half some, so I don't think I will meet 100 miles but that's ok! Being ready for CHicago is more important! Here is my current ticker! (this is my half plus the runs I did have before and after)
Planning on 4 tomorrow, 4-6 Thursday...so I will end up close to 75. I still say it's ok considering injury!0 -

Could you please put me down for 65 miles in June? We are doing a bit of traveling at the beginning of the month and as a result our running will be a bit sporadic~not as many miles to be logged.

I think I may have to drop out for a couple of months; I need to spend time strengthening my knees (which are increasingly complaining!). I'd appreciate it if anyone has any stretches/exercises/ideas to deal with clicking knees - I think triggered by running and less than rigorous stretching.
I hope to rejoin in July or August
