Hi all!
How was every ones October? I didn't meet the goal I set for myself, but I have decided to try 5:2 Intermittent fasting after a suggestion from my other half. So far I have really enjoyed the experience and am really looking forward to seeing how it pans out in November. My goal for October was to get to 200 pounds. I am now currently as 203.4 so I'm going to aim again for 1.5 pound loss a week and go for 197 by the end of November. This will bring me out of the obese category according to my BMI.
What does everyone else have planned for November? What are your goals and strategies?

I'm doing a pretty decent job of maintaining (within 5 lbs of my goal). Just want to keep it up! I'm shifting my focus from mostly cycling to more running. I have a 10k planned in November and will then start training for my first half marathon which will be in April.0
