A 1.1lbs. loss has me stoked a bit!
I've been frustrated the last 3 or 4 weeks and feel that I'm now getting myself a bit more settled, and a decent routine established. For me consistent daily calorie burns help and seems to be key.
My target daily goal is burning 600 calories.
Now with my Bike Trainer at home and being able to supplement my exercise using it whenever needed. I think things, and my results will change for the better now.
